Background History: Him and Luce know eachother because of both of their, long winding and twisted histories. He saved her from drowning ages ago when she was young... But he had to use blood bending to do it. That's how they both know about what they can do and how they're the same. The only difference in their powers is the fact that Leo's original colour is red while Luce's is an illuminating blue. The red colour benders are stronger, though blue is not far behind. They have always been great friends, and when Luce decided she wanted to run off to the academy, he couldn't hold her back. They can summon eachother whenever they want, though.
