Best site for blogs

I have a small blog on my website, but it isn't amazing. I was thinking about taking the blog off of my site, and instead... doing a blog on a different site that has more options available.
What is the best site to use to create a blog?
I'm looking for one that has a lot of options, but isn't insanely difficult to use.
I'd appreciate any help you can give! :)

I really like Blogger. I find it incredibly easy to use, you can completely avoid html completely if you want to, or you have the freedom to only use html. The platform makes it simple and there are ton of different templates to start of with for a good layout.

I've also heard good things about Wordpress, but I've never used it myself.
