Ben walked in and spotted Neal and Diana. "Awww, I'm loved!" He said, sitting in the seat they saved for him.

Brett walked in and took a random seat behind Ben. He waited for class to start.

"Okay, so" began Proffesor Gryffis as the fith years started settleing down. "As you are all aweare I am Professor Gryffis, and, as obvious as that is, I'm going to teach you Transfiguration this year." He smiled around at his new students.

As this was his first year teaching he was increadibly nervous although he didn't let his new pupils see that(he has always been a good actor). Although he had taught yesterday, not much had changed about the way he felt. He thought that he would calm down after his first ever lesson, but deep down he knew it would take quite a bit of time, as it turned out to do.

'Calm down Jeremy' he thought to himself. Then gathering his thoughts he began to talk once more addressing his class clearly and powerfully.

"Today we are going to practice transforming snailsinto small cardboard boxes and back. I won't teach you how to do it, you will have to figure it out for yourselves. You can use anything in this room along with your textbooks. If you were to think that I was going insane you would have been wrong, because this is jut a test so I know what level you are all working at. So! Off you go!"

Diana went to get a snail. cardboards boxes.... she wondered, how will I do that?

Neal opened his text book and started skimming it, he decided it'd be best to know the spell before getting a snail.

Proffesor Gryffis walked around the room checking everybody's progress. He glanced nervously at everyone. He looked at Diana and was surprised to see her staring blankly at her snail. "Everything okay?" he asked.

"Just thinking." Diana said her cheeks flushing pink. "Prehaps I'll look in my book" she said, snapping back to focus.

[Eszter]

"Good. Just wanted to make sure you were all right." He smiled and started walking around the classroom once again.

"It's Fera Verto" Brett whispered in Diana's ear.

Professor Gryffis realized that a girl had just entersed the classroom. " I believe that you are late. If I could just take your name and the reason for why it is only now that you came here, please?" He smiled at the girl charmingly.

"Really?" Diana asked Brett.

[Joyce]

Ever frowned at "I..was at the hospital wing" she croaked and turned her snail into a card board box after doing the spell

Brett nodded, "see?" He held up a snail. "Fera Verto!" it turned into a cardboard box.

[Eszter]

"Thank you." He said and turned away. "Great work you two." He nodded at Brett and Ever and walked away.

[Joyce]

Ever sat back, she'd read about the spell before

Diana turned to her snail, "Fera Verto!" She said, flicking her wand. She watched as the snail turned into a cardboard box. "Oh it does! Thanks Brett!" She said, smiling.

"Anytime." Brett said, leaning back. "So how's your day?"

"Terrible." Diana admitted, "My friend, Flora's father passed."

Flora walked in with her books she saw Diana and waved

"I heard about that." Brett said, "I hope she's okay."

"Flora!" Diana said spotting her friend behind Brett. "Excuse me." She said to Brett with a smile, "And thanks." She hurried over and gave Flora a hug.

"Ok Great" Flora said. she was trying to keep her spirits up. It was nice to see her friend and be somewhere that people weren't crying
