The Hufflepuff Dormitories and Common room are accessed through a painting near the kitchens. It is a quite cosy and welcoming place; not at all like a dungeon. The room is filled with yellow hangings and fat armchairs, with little underground tunnels that lead up to the dormitories, which have round barrel-top like door

Lilly walked in tired, she heard of quittich tryouts, but didn't know a thing about it, even after 3 years, so she would just wait for someone to explain it before she even looked at it.
Chloe walked into the common room and sat down with a sigh. She stared at the ground, lost in her own thoughts.
Chloe looked up slowly. "Oh hello!" She said with a shy smile.
Chloe shook her hand. "You can sit down..." SHE SAID MOTIONING THE CHAIR NEXT TO HER. ((Sorry for the capitals!!!))

"I'm Chloe... Nice to meet you." She said.
"You're a third year too.... Right?"
"Soooo..." Chloe said not really sure what else there was to say. Lily didn't seem very talkative and she wasn't good with meeting new people.
"Sorry, I'm really tired Chloe."
"No its fine! I guess I should be off to bed anyway... It's near midnight and tomorrow's our first day of classes..." She said getting up. "nice meeting you!"
She smiled. "right back at you."
Chloe smiled and nodded as she headed off towards her dorm. She changed into her night robe and then drifted off to sleep.
Chloe got up and prepared for her first morning of school. She got showered and got dressed before heading to the great hall for breakfast.
((im just gonna say its night time))A rather ascued looking child stummbled in,murmering softly to the cat.She looked up and tried to find her empty bed.She simply,after a quick look around,ploped on her bed,still murmering to the odd cat.The whole time,she didnot make any eye-contact with the others in the room."This place ih so confusin,how am i a bleedin wizard?How did i get ta this place?"she whispers to the cat,but loud enogh so the others could hear.

"Potions are gonna keel meh!Can ye help!"
They study for a while then she looks up ,cross.She turns to the cat."I am not stupid moonsie!Oi,"She turns to the person thats helping her."Whats ye name,meh names June,June Whispernight."
"Nice ta meet ya,oh and thats Moonsie,she says hello and some other things I will not reapet.But dont mind her!And if ye wondering,i CAN understand 'er."

Winter Formal
A Hogwarts Winter Formal or Dance is to take place on the first of December for years 4 and up (younger years may attend if asked by an older student). Students are expected to be on their best behavior. For more information, check with your house head.

About an hour later Brett finished all of his homework. He packed up up, put it away upstairs and came back down. He checked the bulletin-nothing new.
Recce looked around for her watch she had no idea where it could have been. I swear I felt his presence
Recce woke up from a nice long rest. She got up and went to do her usual routine.After getting dress she threw some books in her bag and headed down for breakfast alone."Later ladies"
Brett sat down in the common room. He couldn't believe that Diana picked Paul.
Recce walked down and saw Brett she walked over to him."Hey you ok?'
Amirta walked into the hufflepuff common room tripping slightly over her foot'I hope people like them...' she murmured as she placed some freshly made cupcakes on he table in the hufflepuff common room. She glanced around the black and yellow common room before placing a note down net to the cookies which read:
'To hufflepuff students,
me and the fellow house elves and seen an increase of hufflepuff shaming and bullying, so help yourselves to the vanilla and choc-chip cupcakes!

After proof reading and laying down the note she scurried out and went towards the girls bathroom. She said hi to myrtle then slid down the pipes to the chamber of secrets and fell into a deep slumber on her makeshift bed.
