Interview with a Vampire (Yes, I haven't read any Anne Rice, shame on me!)
Frankenstein (The author's story seems really interesting to me)
Dracula
I just have this VERY appealing image of myself eating mar bars and twixes with those books in my hands. Hehehe. I think that's my plan for Halloween night!
Emma I'm with you I bought Interview with a Vampire and I am going to read it. I've seen the move about 3x it's about time I read it.
Thats funny, so no matter what happens, we are all already excited about books we predetermined.... We are book nuts!!!
Oh yes we are book nuts.
I would actually like to read all the suggested books but I don't think it will happen next month. I will however complete that task!

Emilee, if only we had all the time to read all of these books!!

I did that years ago, then moved on to her Mayfair Witches trilogy which was very good too.
I am afraid I will get addicted! I am really not afraid, I just know I will.
Jasmine, hi and welcome. Voting ends tomorrow nite, then I announce the winners.
I open the discussion threads on Oct 1st, and we have all month to read. You can chose to read one, or both.... its up to you!

I also picked up The Heart Shaped Box. Looks like October will be a busy read for me:
- House of Leaves (this book looks a bit monsterous and overwhelming - definitely a group read)
- The Heart Shaped Box
- Dracula (possible re-read)
- Frankenstein (if others read as well)
Iki, Heart-Shaped Box is very good. And, like you said, I've heard that House of Leaves is good, but a bit daunting. Should be interesting.
