Ahhh I love the Ska version of Ice. I love her live/acoustic versions of songs. She has a really pretty voice, kinda makes me wonder why she goes for such a synthesized sound. Not that I mind; her songs are still amazing. But it makes people assume her voice sucks... BAH.

Yes! I adore her acoustic stuff, but I adore acoustic in general. THOSE PEOPLE ARE WRONG AND SILLY. I think she likes the electronic stuff because she likes the space-y sounding stuff and I guess it kind of fits, yes, no? I don't know. I have been listening to nothing but LIGHTS for hours.LIGHTS - River (Acoustic)

Yeah, she just likes that dreamy/space/powerpop kind of sound. She's influenced a lot by gaming.
Also, her lyrics are wonderful. "You don't have to feel safe to feel unafraid." <3 AAHHH. If I wasn't afraid of needles I'd totally get a tattoo that said that. ;) Which is kind of ironic ... ah haha.
