Ancestral Gaidheal (gaidheal) | 108 comments Yikes! I spend more than 72 hours a year, my commute is 20 hours a week, which possibly accounts for the amount of audio books to which I currently find myself listening.

Kirsten (kielianne) | 9 comments Neat, I'd like to see a Canadian version of this! My usual commute is about an 11 hours a week very useful for getting audiobooks read/listened to! :)

Chris Stanley (christinelstanley) Mine is between 6 and 7 hours a week, but I sometiomes use my ipod/audiobooks for cleaning the bathroom etc too. I uaually manage a couple of audio books a month

Thomas (tdhuntington) | 3 comments 140 miles a day (2hrs,40min). I think my car runs on Audiobooks. I stock up on LibriVox, and OverDrive and OneClick through my libraries, plus an occasional Podcast and library CD.

Fran Wilkins | 823 comments My commute is about 5 to 6 hours. However, in the summer I really put the rubber to the road and literally spend hours driving to and from our summer home in Canada! Make that days :)

Javasapien | 272 comments My commute is about 1 sentence worth. That is, I leave the bedroom and walk out to my office. I telecommute and despite working way too many extra hours, I manage to listen to an average of 5 books a month, while exercising, driving, doing household chores, walking the dogs and just lying in bed before falling to sleep.

Susan (chlokara) I commute about 35 mins. each way a day. Since I get my audiobooks from the library in CD form, it usually works out to one CD a day. But then I often listen as I'm falling asleep at night, which probably amounts to two sentences.
