I LOVE SPAM! (Like, the canned meat). I mean, why are people so grossed out? People eat corned beef hash all the time, and that comes in a can, but they complain about Spam. Well, I'm not white ^_^ I'm just an Asian American. Let's see, me and my sis have been called: Japanese/Chinese (which of course we are), Hawaiian, and Korean. But I have no problem with caucasian people. And yes, I'm a Californian. A SoCalifornian. And I love it here!

But, to make spam musubis is easy. Make sure you get good rice, like not uncle Whosit's rice, but the good kind. Like, in a rice bag, that's not microwaveable. you know? go to an asian store and get rice.

Then, cook it. you know how to do that, right?

Then, just fry about centimeter thick spam in a pan with shoyu [soy sauce] and sugar. That's all there is. Find a musubi/sushi maker and some dried seaweed. It's REALLy eay.

I've made it a few times, but I mostly get it from the Japanese market or this one country club that has really good Spam musubi (and i'm taking golf camp there next week so i can have it every day for 5 days straight.)

Erm... I'm somewhere in between. I've been playing since I was little, but not very seriously. But high school's coming up in a year so I'm taking lessons and all that jazz now.
