Nook Not Syncing With Computer?

Hi Everyone,

I own one of the original nooks, and I use Calibre to upload my ebooks. Recently, my nook has stopped syncing with my computer. When I connect my nook, my computer detects it, and when I open the documents, music, etc. everything I wanted to delete is deleted and anything I added appears on my nook folders. However, when I actually use my nook, none of the changes I have made to it appear (For example, a music file I had deleted isn't in the Nook Music folder anymore, but it's still on my nook). Is there any way to fix it?

I've noticed that changes like that sometimes take a little while to show up on the device. I've also noticed it with purchases I've made through B&N. Have you tried pressing the little recycle/refresh thing?
