Lena: *Selects a worn novel and begins to read, wholly ignoring all.*

Lena: *Continues reading, having not appeared to have heard.*

Lena: You can't shorten my name. Call me Lena at all times. Better yet, don't speak to me.
Me: Lena, zip it.
Me: LOL. SPEAK TO ME, LENA!!! SPEAK TO ME!!
Me: I started on my charrie for HG:AAR. Her name is Shimmer.
xD So original...
xD So original...

Lena: Shut up. *Mutters something under her breath and returns her eyes to her book.*
Me: Stop it Lena, or I will call the nurse.
Me: XD I know. I'm just trying to annoy her.
It seems I might be suicidal, with all the provoking I've been doing. In this group, no less.

Lena: Leave me alone.

Me: Nice D1 name, girlie.
Raven: Are you suicidal? I'd be happy to provide the gun with which you would shoot yourself. Or we could play Russian Roulette.

D2, my dear.

Me: Eh? Fail. Sounds like a District One name. XD
Raven: *to Lena* We could play sometime, if you want.

Me: Nemph, tell me you don't approve of that.
Raven: What, us playing? Why not? It's free adrenaline.

Me: Both are patients. You can find their character profiles on the first page of the make a character topic.

Me: Are you trying to find "x", or combining like terms?

Me: Oh. Combining Like Terms is just that: combining the like terms. MEANING that you are adding together the "x" numbers with the other "x" numbers.
For example:
4x-5y-x-3x breaks down to
4x
-x
-3x
-5y
and then I will add the "x" numbers to the "x" numbers like this:
4x+(-x)+(-3x)= -2x
and then since there is no other "y" numbers to combine -5y with, I tack it on to the end, to get:
-2x - 5y
Hope that helped.
Math Lesson FTW.

Me: Whatever. It illustrates the point.

Me: Thank you!(x's 1,000,00) Yea! Okay anyway, I'm watching American Idol and Ryan Seacrest goes, "These are the 9 contest's left and... MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN THEIR FAVOR!" And I'm like: AH!! YEA! He went with THG, thats amaxing and my dad is like: Faith, be quite I can't hear. SHH!" It was funny, and amazing.
Me: LOL. Did I help?
You're actually helping me, because I have a unit test with combining like terms on it tomorrow. ^^

Me: Maybe, but you would get the answer wrong, using negative numbers when they should be whole.

Me: PEMDAS is a set rule, Faith. An order to operations. You use it wherever it applies and it applies to multi-step equations.
