Me: I'm glad we're on the same page c: I am ruling Morgan out, because she just got better, and she actually has a fairly good relationship with all of those listed. But I would say anybody else, probably with the exception being Elijah and EVander, would be a formidable victim. Are we looking for an individual attack, or what?

Me: I believe unjustified would prove more interesting, though with Mabel they could justify it through Emerson. A rivalry could last longer, but, again, plenty of the aforementioned characters are fairly gentle for a rivalry.

Me: Physical, and scarring of course. As far as torture or not, I'm not quite sure. That would depend on who it was.

Me: I'm not quite sure. Weiss and Riley would probably just accidentally say something they shouldn't, but people like Mabel and Crimson would probably provoke the attacker.

Me: I think (it it helps spur along any ideas) that Jason or Phoenix should be the ones involved. Raven's very shaky right now, and giving him a chance like this could prove disastrous; and I don't want to include Carlos because every time he hurts someone, he breaks, and it's generally heart-wrenching and awful.
