Me: We are behind lucky. Our superintendent is really obsessed with making sure that our school is open (for every day we're open the state gives us money) and has even told teachers that with the area we live in, they should be prepared to drive in horrible weather and there's no reason for us to have snowdays. But the state has advised that everyone stay inside and every other school was closed so I don't think he really had a choice. I really don't like that prick. :)
