Umm. Rosemarie would feel so bad for her and pity her, but first she would want to try and help patch things up between the two of them because she would feel stuck between them in a way, trying to mother the girl who was scared of her father and trying to care for her lover who hurt their daughter. She would explain to her that she knew what happened, tell her she was sorry, then tell her that daddy was feeling better and she should see him soon.

Me: Wait, she cannot do this! Raven is not feeling better, my friend. What happens when it's several weeks after that and Morgan wants to know where Daddy is because it's been a while and he should be better, when in reality he's only beginning to come back?

Me: I was referring to the talk Rosie and Morgan are going to have. Rosemarie can't tell Morgan that Raven is feeling better, even if she wants to reassure her. It's like lying, and that's just not good for a family unit.

Me: I don't precisely understand why, but every time I see word of her I swear I want to claw out her eyes. Something about her just violently infuriates me.

Me: Do you want the phycologist take on it? It's probably because he's worried and scared doesn't know how to deal with these emotions properly, so he goes and tries to take it out on other people instead. In this way, he becomes angry and upset--emotions he knows how to deal with--and as a result, feels slightly more comfortable with himself.

I, for one, find it saddening that he has to resort to such tactics to cope with things like vulnerability.
