So they are (oddly enough) investigating an abandoned asylum. They're in a sort of torture room, where the doctors did all sorts of horrible things to the patients.

Me: And Sam and Dean are speculating on why the spirits would remain. Sam suggests that the spirits may be intentionally driving people insane, and Dean just grins at him and says "Sounds like my boy Jack from The Shining." I swear, I almost squealed.
