The Dark and Hollow Places: What would you do if you knew you had only a few days left to live?

If I were bit by a zombie and new that I would slowly die a horrible death and then eventually try to eat the people I previously held dear, I suppose I would tell them I loved them and then jump off a cliff or something...I don't want to eat my friends.

Does it really have to be if we were bitten by a zombie? I mean, it could just be a deadly incurable disease. I would go out and do some crazy stuff, tell people things that I've kept to myself, talk to my family and friends, and then I would turn myself over to science, on the condition that I would become famous for doing so. A win-win situation on the last one.

In these books the thing most likey to kill you is a zombie (either be infecting you or just eating you). I like the idea of handing yourself over to science. Just maybe you could help others before kicking the bucket.

Do some fun and risky stuff, I guess?... I really don't know. I guess it has to happen before I figure that out.

I'm do skydiving, swim with dolphins, stuff myself with food, travel to everywhere, see as many things as possible, confess everything to my friends and family, and tell them how much I love them!

I guess some risky stuff! Skydive...scuba dive...travel :) quit school!

I would learn to ride a unicycle. It seems a shame to die before that.

I would try to acomplish as many things as possible. Do all of the things I was afraid to do before, pour my heart out to my family and friends, and just try to live every moment to the fullest(even though I'm slowly deteriorating).

well, i would give all my money to a charity. and then spend the few days i have left with the people i love the most. I would also try to visit London, and paris, if possible, depending on the sitchuation.

Well I think we should live each day to the fullest because we aren't guaranteed that we'll be alive tomorrow (although we may be quite positive that there will be no zombie attack tomorrow ;)).

But if I knew for sure I only had a few days to live, I would do everything I've always wanted to do but have been too scared. And I'd give people the writing that I have done and hope that it can be published so that I can be remembered after I die :) Although that wouldn't work if EVERYONE died.
