I'm starting the week with Blood Red Road by Moria Young and The Hellion And The Highlander by Lynsay Sands.

Theresa Romain | 420 comments I've got three on my nightstand: Written on Your Skin by Meredith Duran, Mistress by Mistake by Susan Gee Heino, plus David McCullough's The Greater Journey: Americans in Paris, 1830-1900. A book for every mood.

I am half way through A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray. I wasn't too sure about it at first, but now I can't seem to put it down.

I have been rereading a lot of Balogh. I also got The Heir, so I may switch to that

Kasey, I tried reading AGATB and I couldn't get past chapter 2. I'll have to pick it up again. A friend of mine loved it and you can't put it down, I'll give it another go :)

Give it a few chapters. It starts out kind of slow. I think by about page 60-70, I started really getting into the story.

Diana (dianagreenroad) | 15 comments I'm going through A Proper Companion by Candice Hern and I'm on the hunt for Lady Isabella's Scandalous Marriage by JA.

message 8: by Irisheyes (new)

Irisheyes | 896 comments Still reading THE SUMMER OF YOU by Kate Noble. It picked up and I'm enjoying the relationship between the H/H. I also just downloaded ANGEL'S REST by Emily March from the library. I'm liking it so far.

I can't wait to read THE SECRET MISTRESS by Balogh, DLS. I loved MORE THAN A MISTRESS and can't wait to see how she makes Angeline and Heyward H/H material.

Well, I'm gonna have to set Lynsay Sands The Hellion And The Highlander aside for a bit because Johanna Lindsey's When Passion Rules made its debut today and I happen to have it in my red hot little hands! I also plan on reading Lauren Kate's Passion. I Love new releases :)

I finished A Great and Terrible Beauty. I enjoyed it, so I am going to jump into the sequel Rebel Angels right away.

message 11: by Cindy (new)

Cindy (cindyw35) | 128 comments I'm reading Rumor Has It by Jill Mansell. It's a lot of fun. And considering that my life is still very full of worries, it's a good distraction. After this, I might dive into some comfort reads.

I'm sorry life is being so troublesome, Cindy. Comfort reads have helped me through lots of rough patches, so I hope yours do the same.

I started Beg For Mercy by Jamie Alden last night and so far it's really good. More toward the Karen Rose end of the spectrum than the Roxanne St. Clair end though.

My weekend reads: Graveminder by Melissa Marr, The Reapers Are Angels by Alden Bell, Rise Again by Ben Tripp, and Trapped by Michael Northrop.
