I have tried vegemite!!!!!

I got my jar of vegemite today and tried it, the way Ausjenny suggested--on toast with butter, spread very thinly. I really like it! I really like the fact it's salty. It's a very unique flavor.

Anyone else like vegemite? And how do you eat it?

its good on sandwiches and crackers also.
I love it on poached eggs. I have the toast with vegemite then add the poached egg.

I am such a fussy eater but I will admit it was interesting tasting rootbeer for the first time. (not a huge fan of it)

It's a strong taste, isn't it? I prefer it in a float--rootbeer with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in it.

it had a sapsarella taste to me. you know I have never had a float or spider as they can them here.
I just cant imagine soft drink (soda) with icecream.

You should try it! What's good is Coke with vanilla ice cream.
