Can the Talent code Process be applied to Creativity.
i.e. you get deep into a process. This clearly wont be the same as physical practice but is it possible?
After all in NLP geniuses can be modelled and their mental processes documented.

It's an interesting question, and I guess this depends on your definition of creativity, since it's such an abstract concept. It's clear from my experience in music that different fields of learning can relate - e.g. if you spend 10,000 hours learning the piano, it's not going to take 10,000 to master the violin. If you spend so many hours writing creative stories, it might not take you so long to learn to write poetry, but whether or not that helps you build a bridge across a river with limited tools, or solve a riddle, depends on the patterns of creative thinking you've exercised during the writing process. Writing, afterall, is mostly about thinking.
