Just quickly darting away from the eragon conversation i love the following parts (watch out, some spoilers):

The Lightening Thief: the fight between Aries and Percy
The Titan's Curse: at the end when BLANK turns out to be a certain Lord of the Underworld's son.
The Reality Bug: when Loor and Bobby have to fight through the Barbican.
Raven Rise: All of it especially the scene in the stadium (a little morbid but really action/thrilling).
Breaking Dawn: when the vampires face off
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire: the scene in the graveyard.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: breaking into the Ministry and Gringotts.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix: attempted Sirius rescue mission in the Ministry of Magic.
Eldest: His transformation. Undoubtably the best part when he finds out he's basically part elf.
