You may have already got a copy, but if not, I have one I can let you have. I know this is an old post, so you may be sorted by now. If not, let me know. P.S. Amazon is a great place to source all books, they seems to have just about everything, but I also find loads on Play.Com and The Book Depository. No postage charges with the latter two, no matter how few books you purchase. I could only ever get free delivery with Amazon when I spent over 25 Euros.
