A few questions that I'd like to ask Twilight fans

These are questions that I think a lot of Twilight fans should be asked in order to make apparent that there are some valid reasons why some people dislike Twilight.

1, Would you still see the interaction between Bella and Edward as romantic if Edward looked even half his age?
Reason: While Edward might look young, he is over eighty years old. If he looked his age, the entire relationship would be decried as paedophilic in nature.

2, Isn't it kind of manipulative to put someone through absolute hell in order to ensure that they respond to a request in a way that you'd prefer, when they may not have the full comprehension of the consequences of their choice?
Reason: It was at the point of death that Carlisle asks Edward to become a vampire. Considering Edward's suffering, he would have wanted the suffering to stop at any cost, not fully realising the enormity of the consequences of becoming a vampire. To ask him at that point would be manipulative, as well as cruel to allow him to get to that point in the first place

3, If you knew that simply being around someone would cause them great danger and possibly death, wouldn't you stay the hell away?
Reason: Edward doesn't. He makes a point of telling Bella to stay away from him, yet in the same conversation offering her a lift to Seattle.

Just a few questions that might get a few people out there thinking...

Good questions. I'll have to ask a Twilight fan that one day. I think the first question should be one of the first things Twilight fans think of when they say that Bella and Edward are a cute couple.
