Personality: The Philippines isn't sure whether to consider herself stupid, or brilliant. This is because she has poor Public Schools, but her Private Schools are very professional. She tries her best to impress others, but sometimes her stubbornness is an issue. She won't change her mind very easily. Piri can be a bit oblivious to when people compliment her, and usually treats everyone the same. She isn't delicate or rude, but she let's people know when something is bothering her through her expressions. Piri can be very sarcastic when she does, and this ticks a lot of people off. This also makes it hard to cooperate with her. However, Piri does not whine like a brat, and hates it when people think she does. She tries to be very polite but sometimes cannot restrain her come backs. Her favorite fruit and food is the Mango. They taste delicious when dried.
Relations (People she has met and knows well): I added this because it would be a bit of history if I placed it in her persona... so here ya go...
China
China is the Philippines biological 'first' friend. Back then, China used to trade many items with her. They got along well, and she shows great respect towards him.
Spain
Spain is Piri's most beloved family member. She has replicated many of his ways, such as Fiestas and the ability to play the guitar. She is also Catholic because of him. She used to despise his presence but soon got used to him. But now, they don't care for eachother half as much.
America
America is Piri's best friend. America swooped in, and took her away from Spain. She has become a bit like him, and took up some of his habits. Piri feels she owes America a lot because he is the one who helped her gain independence.
Japan
Before America gave Piri independence, or was about to, Japan invaded Manila and totally flushed the Americans out. This is when Douglas McArthur escapes in his fighter airplane, saying, "I shall return." Piri's dreams of becoming independent were shattered, and was left with Japan all alone. Japan tried to win her trust many times, but Piri showed no kindness and tossed all of his 'gifts' away. Although they had an unpleasant past, they are on extremely friendly terms in present day and time. Even though they are friends, she is still mildly uneasy around him.
England
England attempted to colonize her, but failed. Spain drove him out, but Piri still thought he was strong. She thinks slightly higher of him than America.

Personality: Slovenia isn't generally the 'loud' guy. He's usually silent and quiet, and won't talk much. Sometimes he seems a bit distant, but it's only because he's in deep thought. He dwells on many things, and it usually lasts for more than an hour. He dislikes it when people bug him repeatedly, and prefers a quiet, tranquil background. He does not usually smile or laugh, and has blunt and short answers for almost everything. He appears to enjoy being alone, and will sometimes talk to himself. He enjoys viewing nature, and has a particular liking for things like flowers. He does not usually drive, and prefers to walk instead. If you haven't noticed he's actually a pretty peaceful person and it's harder to get into fights with him than you think.
Slovenia is generally an easy going guy, but hates it when people worry about him. He doesn't know how to dance, since no one has ever given him time to learn. He sucks at dancing, seriously. He isn't tsundere, because he admits he is a clutz. He's kind of hard to understand. He likes sheep, yet he enjoys esing Modern Weapons. He enjoys quiet scenery but he's an ace fighter.

Specific Details
Body Details: Slovenia is particaluarly muscular, due to fighting off Yugoslavia back then. He is quite buff, and did I mention he is pretty tall? He rises up to about 6'3", and when you add his hair he's 6'4". Slovenia has a fair complection, and he isn't quite pale, and has a light tan. He has a strong build, and you can't just push him over.
Hair Details: Slovenia has ruffled, chocolate brown hair. It does not reach his shoulders, but it sometimes blocks his face. He usually is blowing them out of the way because they are so annoying. Slovenia does not comb his hair often, causing it to become slightly ruffled.
Face Details: At first glance, you might not notice it, but Slovenia has a scar going down his forehead diagonally down to his nose. It's pretty big, and it's the one the Holy Roman Empire gave him when he barbaricaly ruled over him. Slovenia has glittering, ocean-aqua eyes that seems innocent.
Attire and Dressing Details: Slovenia wears a white tank topped with a black lining on the edges. He covers it with a fur lined jacket that stays unziped revealing his shirt. It is night black, and is wrinkled from running around and fighting with other people. He maks his hands with a pair of night black gloves, the smae color as his jacket. Slovenia also has raven black pants, they're not denim. It isn't loose, but he has a few brown leather belts strapped on. He has a few black straps wrapped around the pant legs for decoration. A little piece of furline fabric slows from his right side, evening everything about him out.
Enemies: Based on past War, the Soviet Union isn't a friend. Germany isn't really an ally, but since he's forgiving he doesn't care about the guy. For some reason a lot of his brothers hate him.
Siblings: HRE, Germany, Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina.
Crush/Love: He is currently open.
