Personality: Mongolia is a… frustrated country. He used to be one of the largest empire’s the world ever knew of, but the empire, fell. He blames it all on Russia, but that’s just because he’s extremely stubborn. Many countries still fear him, especially anyone from Afghanistan, since something that parents would tell their children to be good in Afghanistan was: “If you’re not good, the Mongolian’s will come and get you!”
The country is full of really grief and sadness on the inside though, and even though he seems to not show feelings what-so-ever, Mongolia really just wants the feeling of happiness, since he barely knows that.

Absolutely, and it's practical because I RP China. ^^'

A thing to know is Hetalia is extremely random and if you've read the beginning post of each RP folder you have the power to place him anywhere! The characters don't usually have patterns and if there is a plot don't worry about it because we'll explain. (Plots and story lines usually dwell in Darker RP's with death and destructive forces because that's where you need to know what you're doing in order to survive).

Um, as for pairings it's complicated.

For example, one person won a contest and was aloud to chose two pairings that would be forced together even if they hated eachothers guts.

One is supposed to be Russia and America (but it's not even a friendship, it's like a bro hate). Another is Vatican City (yeah, a priest can't marry, I know) and Romano. And then there's crushes going around and past friendships mutually thin or strong.

Needless to say, don't worry just yet. Relations are like water, the tides change intensely given the mood.

What relations do you want to know about, because you seem to be trying to get to something?

Manitoba is already made, but if you wanna make Winnipeg too, go ahead. The range of characters is changing to smaller and smaller, but I guess it was to be expected. Plus, Winnipeg is great~ Both mods (me and Bbm) are from there, so it would probably be easily accepted if done right.
