Deena | 175 comments Where/when do you usually like to read Outlander or any other books in the series? My favorite and designated time for reading Outlander is in bed at night. Its the best way to relax and enjoy my night. What about everyone else, where's your favorite place?

Patricia (pg4003) | 89 comments I don't really have a favorite place, I'm reading these books on my Kindle, so just wherever I happen to be!!

Dolly Sullivan (dollysul) | 31 comments I climb into my bath every single nite at 7 and read till 8 - 8:30. I have a tub with jets and a heater so i could spend the weekend in there if need be! I buy paper backs so if they get ruined the expense isn't to great. I also have the books on my i pad so i can continue to read anywhere anytime.

Carren Kay | 953 comments I read them whenever and wherever I have a few moments. But I normally read them at night before I go to bed. My kitty keeps me company when I'm reading.

Annie (annieargyll) Well, when I first started reading them I was living in Uganda. We had bought big chunky furniture for the living room, so I'd sit with my legs hung over the arm of a big chair and read for hours.

When we got home (to Scotland) I got the last book on audio and listened to it while on my exercise bike and while doing a lot of painting - doors, walls, etc. Or I'd bring my ipod on train trips and listen. I then got the earlier books on audio and listened to them.

I do like to read in bed but my hub is an early bird so I have to get in bed well before him to get any reading time.

Patricia (pg4003) | 89 comments Annie, or you could do what I do. When my grandson spends the night he sleeps with me, and he won't go to bed unless I lie down with him. So I put my light on my Kindle, turn on my side, and I pull the sheet up slightly over it so the light doesn't disturb him, then after he goes to sleep I can come out because nothing wakes him up once he's asleep.

I read the series this past winter. The place I read most often was the hockey rink. We had to be at the games early, as my husband worked on-ice promotions. I read before the games, during intermissions and if the games weren't any good during the games.

Other than there I read in my recliner or on the porch in my rocker any chance I got.

Tami (tamif) | 2 comments I have two small girls and I work full time. So, I read anywhere and anytime I have a free moment...but my favorite place is curled up in my bed.

Fawn | 404 comments Just about anywhere except when I'm driving. I too Love, love, love my kindle! That is how I found Outlander. The first book was free & they hooked me in! I bought all of the rest of the books plus the Lord John series. Downloaded a free portion of the Outlandish Companion then went back to amazon & bought the hard cover. (But I digress! sorry!)

I have my kindle in a leather flip case so it can stand. So I'll stand it up and read while doing dishes, cooking, folding cloths. I read in bed , on the couch outside. Any and every where!

Deena | 175 comments Wow Fawn you are a serious reader, I sometimes read while walking but the book has to be really, really good for that.

Fawn | 404 comments Deetm, I have always enjoyed reading, but I have never been this obsessed about it till I started Outlander.
