How to keep track of challenges?

I just realized that I had signed up for a challenge but had totally forgotten about it. How do you all keep track of the challenges you are participating in?

A lot of people keep a tracking list on a members' thread that's open for people to use as they like such as SOS'sMember Lists (go take a peek :D). Some keep a paper notebook or PC spreadsheet. I use notebooks and set up a private group on GR to keep track of all my different books stuff. Several of us have been sort of keeping track of them in SOS's "Challenge Addicts' R Us!" Challenge, too.

I did the Member's Thread thing. Then I bookmarked that page. I'll put a post on it for various challenges. Then I'll update that post and every so often copy/paste it onto the challenge thread for an update.

Sometimes I create shelves for a challenge.
