Does anyone else find the names from BDB cheesy?

LOL! I would hope so! They are cheesy. I think maybe she tried a little too hard to be original. But once I got past the names, which didn't take long, I fell in love. Someone posted awhile back that they couldn't read the series b/c of the names. Yeesh! Sooo glad that wasn't me!
They are pretty ridiculous. But they haven't stopped me from enjoying the books. :D
That was one of my first thoughts when I read that series. IMO Ward tries to hard with the slang and stuff.
