then what would YOU pick carson. 13 is so powerful the capitol left them alone
Ya I would pick 13 too cause not alot of people even knew it existed till everyone found out and it is the best.
13 is NOT Beast! Ya know why? They don't eat SQUAT! They live UNDERGROUND! They got destroyed by the CAPITAL! They are cowards and watch innocent people die in the Hunger Games, and the Hunger Gmes IS COMPLETELY THEIR FAULT!!!!!!! And their leader is so BAD one of their most important members KILLED HER!But other then that I could see how you like them (joke)

I was teasing and sayed 0.5I would really want to live in 1,2, or 4
Because those are like the capital's pets and are like treated all awesome,well at least 1 and 2. I'm not sure why I would like to be in district 4 it just seems cool. And Finnick and I would become like best buds
I wouldn`t even live in Panem i would go on a boat to somewhere far away.District 12 is located in the black hills
The Capitol is located in the Rocky Mts.
carson Finnick would try to stay far away from u and would kill u if you got to close
and i would still pick district 13 because they r so awsome the capitol left them alone and in district 1 or 2 you could get fat and that'd be even worse for you if you got picked for the hunger games so =Pbut ya i guess i'd try to go far away in a little boat
In district 1 and 2 they were born for the Hunger Games and they have like a 50% chance for winning every time!But i mean if u want to be a coward and never see the sun and watch the hunger games 75 times before u do something about( also consider that the hunger games is all there fault!)!
The boat idea would be impossible, but the only place where they would be a tiny tany chance would be in district 4, but I'm sure that'a heavily guarded
