ABANDONED. Girl goes missing and parents try to find her..

I don't remember when I read it and very few details, hopefully someone has a better memory then me! A teen girl goes missing in the beginning. I am pretty sure it is the summer and she is going to college in the fall. The book is mostly about the parents journey to find her. I remember the town doing a search. She also has a sister.

*SPOILER WARNING*

They end up finding her car and have a suspect. In the end they find her body. They play "Over the Rainbow" at her funeral.

Like I said not a lot of details. Anyone know it? I think I would recognize the title name.
