emo things are easier to write about. It's easier to have no hope for the world than be optimistic, or at least for me!

well, knowing that probably quite a few people think it is easier to just have no hope in the world creates a whole new perspective on my latest analyze-all-human-nature phase. this is a very difficult task with very few answers! the ones i have come up with aren't very promising, either.
wow...mysteries of the world. I think it's easier to just think you don't matter and what you do can't possibly affect the big picture, even though it will.

oooh that reminds me of the hilarious line from percy jackson #4 that Tyson says at the beginning:
"Yay! Now we can eat peanut butter sandwiches and ride fish ponies! We can fight monsters and see Annabeth and make things go BOOM!"
Lol. I cracked up when I read that. And I love how after Percy thinks, "I hope he didn't mean all at the same time, but I told him absolutely, we'd have a lot of fun this summer."
