The problem was that one had the primary author listed as Peter, the other one as Pete. Since it appeared that Pete was the preferred version, I changed the other one, and then I could combine them. :)

Beth, you should make that change on the author profile page than all the books will fall under the same profile.

It looks like the Spanish book was broken into two shorter volumes.

Vol. I
Vol. II

When that is how it's published, the Spanish cannot be combined with the English.
