Okay, ISBN, page count and all clearly belongs to the shown Algebra book.

I deleted the M. Pye/Maximum City entry and put in the correct Algebra authors and publisher.
For Maximum City there are already two editions entered.

it says that she died in 1989 that is wrong,She died shortly before her ninety-second birthday, in June 1998.

See below, this is a different George Downing as the ones from the massage book, unless we have tot notify Guinness about longevity records of a male person.
Can you suggest a solution for this author with the same name?

Done. By inserting an extra space in the name, old George became a different author from young George. ;-)
