I'm so scare how the movie is going to be. I was quite disappointed that Alex Pettyfer "I am Number 4" star, sigh... He's totally Jace! but the girl who will play Clary good, she's nominated for Oscar last year, we'll see.
I will not see the movie. I wanted Alex too but could have lived with some other hot actor. I will not let my book Jace be messed up by seeing the movie with this guy as Jace. It's not worth it. I am not going to watch even a trailer. So disappointed but movies are not as important as books.
You're right, I don't want anyone to interpret my Jace. Jace is perfectly described and pictured in my mind too...though they did a great job with Harry Potter...
I've had a favorite book hero ruined for me before by a movie and just can't let that happen with Jace. Maybe it is my brain but I can't separate them once I see the movie. And yes, with Harry Potter they hit the jackpot.
