I am trying to find a gay vampire romance series. The vampire is part succubus and falls for a human lover, who he eventually turns. They have a pack of werewolves as guards, where the alpha falls to the human lover. The alpha's name is Xavier, not totally sure on that though. The butler's a fallen angel. They have a friend who is a demon living in the sewer, where a group of vampires moves in. The vampire clan owns a bar and theres a pit fight in the book to determine some security position. And thats all I can remember. The last time I read there were four full books in the series and one short story about christmas time.
