Hey has this come out yet? Can't wait to see Jason Momoa's hot bod again!
Speaking of which, how is it going with Game of Thrones? I remember you said you were going to start watching it a while back.

So I saw this yesterday. I have mixed feelings about it. I made myself enjoy it because I'm starting to become a HUGH Jason Momoa fan and you gals know me ... when I love an actor/actress I support them to the max.
That said, I didn't think the story was all that much. The acting was a bit forced and wooden (maybe because all the lead characters were so one-dimensional they bordered on boring, even, I'm sad to say, our leading man Jason). What's more the characters lacked chemistry. Big time. Jason and his love interest were just meh, when they should have been burning up the screen! They wasted some good opportunities to create some funny banter (which would have helped with building chemistry) between the two. Even the fight scenes were somewhat boring and I watched in it 3D! I thought 3D was supposed to make fight scenes more interesting and exhilarating. Not so here.
I was disappointed, but all wasn't bad. Jason looked H.O.O.O.O.O.T!!! For him alone the 2hrs were worth it. And I loved the fact that this movie followed in the footsteps of Thor and was quite diverse in its casting! I saw a unusually high number of female warriors as well as black and middle eastern actors in major supporting roles. I hope more action/adventure/fantasy movies continue this trend!
