Everyone says Matched is a *fraud*, just a *copy* of the Giver and the Hunger Games. BUT I DON'T THINK SO!

Sabrina (androgynoid) I don't think it's a *fraud*. It's just another book that has the theme for a dystopian society romance.

Though Matched is very similar to the Giver, it puts a new twist on it and has a little romance, which i, as a high schooler find nessasary. It's not much like the Hunger Games though.

Be Happy | 20 comments I don't think it#s much like the hunger games too. Ok, both is in future and the people have to do what the "government" says, but the rest isn't the same!
These books just have a high..

Worood | 4 comments I don't think Matched is a copy of the hunger Games at all. Well, they are similar to each other because of the society and the capitol thing. But they're both awesome books and well-written and have separated stories.

Hannah Parker the giver and matched are different but are the same in a way. in the giver people don't have feelings. they dont get to chose their job or who they merry.
on the other hand in the giver people dont have feelings, and some people have "gifts".
in matched people gont have gifts ilke that and they have feelings
