How do you keep track of your challenges?

To keep track of my challenges I create a yearly table with all the months and @ the top list challenges with abbreviations. i.e. S= series, then i list the books under each month with the added abbreviations. As I participate in new challenges I continually update and rejig reading order.
I have a secret group on GR of which I am the only member! In there I maintain a folder for each group I am in.

Hahaha I do that as well, including lots of scratching on post it notes, as ideas etc then its easy to chuck them out when I've decided.
