If you want to know how to do something on GoodReads, post it here and see if someone knows the answer - or even a faster way!

I don't have a question just yet, but I wanted to thank you for taking the time to put this folder together. I know I'll learn something!
Great, ✿Michelle✿! You'll get more and more comfortable with posting ticker counters as you use them too!
I have two friends with "Shell" at the beginning of their GoodReads handle. One of these Shells has recommended some books for me, but when I try to add her name under the little auto-complete text-box in the Edit Review page, the wrong Shell's name comes up. I can't seem to click on the right name, it wont let me, and when I try to type it in manually, it doesn't hyperlink to the Shell who's name I've entered. Can you help? Hope this makes sense.
It makes sense; I've had the same problem. Sometimes GoodReads is just tempermental. Have you only tried it today or on different occassions?
I asked that b/c I couldn't do it b/c of the same problem, but was able to go back on another day and it worked. GR is a little finicky today. I wonder if you "cut and paste" to their link if it would work... probably not b/c it is probably set up differently to notify them that you mentioned them in your "review" (though I put mine in b/f I read the book).... hummmm...
Still not working with the Shells. It doesn't allow me to choose and it still doesn't hyperlink when I write the whole name in. I just added you as the person who recommended The Smoke Thief to see if it was maybe a hyperlink problem, but it linked to you with no problem. It's one of those things, it isn't a big problem, but it's just bothering me.
Hello Lisa, this isn't exactly a how-to question but does GR support div tag? Thanks for taking out your time to help us understand GR better c:

I don't believe so, Aisha. They have talked about adding the ability to use color, which I believe would require CSS; however, nothing has ever come of it.
