I'm exciting about reviewing these books.

That book has one of the most powerful sex scenes (near the end), and its conclusion is unforgettable. One of the only books I read slowly because I knew I would regret finishing it.

Aoibhínn (aoibhinn) I finished reading Eleven on Top (Stephanie Plum, #11) by Janet Evanovich by Janet Evanovich this morning. Stephanie's adventures still make me laugh after 11 novels. There are so many hilarious and witty scenes in this book. But I have to admit I was a bit annoyed by Stephanie in this book. I just wish she'd finally choose between Joe Morelli and Ranger!

Now I'm reading The Secret Keeper by Kate Morton by Kate Morton.

I used to don't watch movies before books, but in this case movie ( even it was VERY different from book) help me very much to get in the mood of these times, puritans and in all matters of story. I'm not sure would I like to read this book if I was not prepared by movie - I watched it for free on line on you tube.

Linda | 887 comments Just met with my book club last evening. Two of us were discussing recent reads and both had read The Light Between Oceans and loved it. I see here that people have some negative feelings about it, but that's what makes for discussion and different favorite authors. Just wanted to let others know there are some who really thought the book was great and worth the read.
