I am debating now whether I want to read A Confederacy of Dunces or [book..."
Haven't read Oryx and Crake, but Confederacy of Dunces is outrageous fun. If you like to audio, this one is exceptionally well done.

I found that Wicked was one book that I wanted to read once. The book had its good and bad parts.

I thought "The Art of Racing..." would be cheesy for the same reason but it's ended up being a favorite read for me even 2 years later. Hope you enjoy it.

Then I started Hearts In Atlantis."
The Circle series is AMAZING!!!! Did you start with Blackor Greenfirst?

Madame Tussaud was pretty good :)

Oh thank you for liking it, cause bought it because of the nice cover. I hope I will also like it.

I've chosen Middlesex for my first book of the summer... I'm only 21 pages in, and it's not boring me at all. Strange for a book to be interesting from the very beginning.

I just started reading " He liked tuesdays best" polish bestseller The story of everyday life of John Paul II.
I think this could be interesting story because is wrote by his best friend and long associate Archbishop Mieczysław Mokrzycki with journalist Brygida Grysiak.
The book speaks about an ordinary day of John Paul II in the Vatican, and why he liked Tuesdays..

I loved this book. One of the few adult fiction books that I've re-read.

Am currently still finishing up World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War

That is a fantastic book I found the book most entertaining. evoking many differing emotions... suspense, disgust, intrigue, and some laughs also. Let me no wht you think.

I'm enjoying it so far. It has quite a distinctive style (can you call conservative, Christian American a style?)

I'm not even 100 pages into it, and i'm obsessed!!!! (and I know I haven't even gotten to the good parts yet)

Interesting! I've added that to my TBR list as I always liked JP2.

I read this one a few years back and it is still sticking with me. It is gut wrenching, I agree and hard to forget.

I loved all three of these book, the second especially! I read them rather quickly after a having to take a whole slew of lit classes for my LA/E Associates...Now I'm kinda back on a lit classics kick. I'm reading 1984 by George Orwell, kind of on a dystopian theme I guess...

1984 is definitely on my to-read list! I love classic literature, so i'm always up for a good suggestion.

Now I'm going to read Pretties by Scott Westerfeld.
