I think that it was a disaster, but the american government did NOT plan it, or why would there be all the coverage since then?
I don't believe that there is a conspiracy for this. why would the government of the USA want their own people killed? It just goes beyond logic. What reasons would this be valid for? and what gains would they get for this really? I think it was more extremists whom brainwash the young people into doing their dirty work for them.
population control? think about it: how many ppl were in the trade center?
it had to be planned. it was too well thought out for a spur of the moment thing.

i live in new york and my aunt almost died in that crash and i KNOW muslums did it for a fact

I think the Muslims(IN A GOOD WAY!!!!!!)planned it. I mean, why would the government do this to their own people?
:D Anyways, back to the subject at matter....
Osama bin Ladin (or however u spell it.). it was all him. many friends and families of the government were even in the trade towers. also Building 7 could of collapsed from vibrations, commotion, or just could of just collapsed for no reason! maybe wasnt built good? something like that. america couldnt of done this.
Much as I disliked Bush, I don't think the American government would have perpetrated such a crime on its own people. I do have my suspicions about whether or not they could have prevented it if the intelligence agencies got their acts together, but I don't know enough about the situation before 9/11 to have a real theory.

Angelus, most of those people were ordinary workers doing their jobs. If the government wanted to kill someone who 'knew too much', they'd probably do it a little more quietly, and a little more specifically.
Okay well I definitely think it was planned...Well for one what hasn't the goverment done and covered up for their own good.
My theory is that there were too many people and the goverment wanted to get rid of some...I'm not saying my theory is right or anything, but that's mainly what I believe. We already know the world is overpopulated and the goverment doesn't like that. ((btw when I saw goverment I'm talking US gov.))

I doubt very highly that the US Gov had anything to do with the attack on the twin towers or the pentagon. It's Ludicrous in my opinion. I mean think about it, really, if it has something to do with population control as previously mentioned, there are other much more devasting and effective means of killing mass numbers of ppl at one time. True there were a LOT of ppl in those towers but in comparison to the overall number of ppl in the US, the number of civilians in those buildings didn't even make up a tenth of the population. I still blv this was a terrist attack. Yet there is the possibilty that there were some corrupt US officals or something involved. idk just my opinion.
and thats what I mean. Blaming it on terrorist meant sending people of to war which has killed off even more people. It's just my opinion, but really it makes sense when you really think about it.

As did I, so I understand. We could see the smoke from where we were, I remember the silence in he air, the absance of air traffic for like a week, I remeber everyone coming home from work early and the flags being hung out, I remember all those things. But no need to jump on those who don't agree with your views.

But some people belive that 9/11 was planned by the American government.
While some belive that it really was extreme terrorists.
Now, I'm Muslim if ya havn't already known, so I'll be debating here but I'm not sure I have a side yet.
Both seem pretty accurate but I want to know what YOU guys think.
