Suzanne Adair I'm Suzanne Adair, author of a mystery/suspense series set in the Southern theater of the Revolutionary War. The first book of the series, Paper Woman, won the Patrick D. Smith Literature Award and was just featured 21 April on IBC's Blog Tour de Force. The third book, Camp Follower, was nominated for the Daphne du Maurier Award and the Sir Walter Raleigh Award. I'll be releasing the fourth book of the series this fall, and I have plans to indie-publish a SF series.

Suzanne Adair SF authors, I need help x-promoting an SF guest author on my blog 3 May!

For an immensely popular feature on my blog called Relevant History, I bring in guest authors to show that history is neither boring nor extraneous to people in the 21st century. My Relevant History guest tomorrow, Tuesday 3 May, is science fiction author Mark L. Van Name. Mark’s post will unequivocally demonstrate that some of the best science fiction borrows themes from historical lessons that we haven’t yet learned.

Because my active series is historical mystery/suspense, most of my contacts are in the historical and crime fiction genres. Thus I’m reaching out to SF authors here to ask if you’ll please help me cross-promote Mark’s guest appearance using your social media. Direct your followers to my blog so they can read Mark’s post and leave a legitimate comment. At the end of the week, I’ll hold a drawing from among those who comment and give away an autographed copy of Mark’s latest book, Children No More.

I welcome contact from any of you who’d like to pitch me a Relevant History essay idea, based on the concept that you see tomorrow. I’m all about finding ways to help other authors with publicity. Relevant History draws abundant traffic. Visitors have stopped by from every continent except Antarctica.

I also welcome the opportunity to connect with more authors who write SF. I’ve recently blown the dust off my own SF series, which narrowly missed being published by Warner in the mid-1990s, and I intend to indie epub it within a year.

Thanks, folks!

Suzanne Adair
