Another slightly off topic question; I was wondering if someone who know could please give me either an official definition or there own definition of what an Urban Fantasy Novel is.

I tried to explain it to my mom but I just ended up confusing her and myself.

If you can picture a city and add elements such as paranormal creatures, or a real city or location but with an altered state such as an event that causes the world to change (example I am Legend or Book of Eli). Same world as ours but it's either not our history, or filled with paranormal elements.

Take the words URBAN-populated city and FANTASY-altered state of being. So that is a basic explanation. Wiki also has a good explanation.

Hi everyone! I finished A Rush of Wings and you guys were right it was an awesome read! I can't wait to read the other ones in the series!

I did have one question though about the challenge, ya see A Rush of Wings took me a little longer to read than I thought it would so I might only have a enough of the month left for one more book.

My question was; well ya see I already had this books started and I'm thinking that I might be able to use it for what's left of this challenge, I was thinking about using the book for the Strong Woman part of the challenge.

Like I said though I had already started the book before I knew about this challenge so is that ok?

I have just finished another book in this challenge = Hot Stuff by Janet Evanovich and Leanne Banks. This story was a bit of fun and I give it 5 stars.

I will update again on 31/05/11 - I have 2 other books on go for this challenge but I don't think I will complete them by Tuesday but I will try.

At the moment I have completed 12/15 - I think that was the same as last month.
