Introducing Yourself

I recently published my first collection of poetry, Love and Ink. It is available at CreateSpace, Amazon, B&N and Kindle version too. I look forward to getting to know you all!!!

I am so bad at introductory threads, I will not even try. I write romance and fantasy such as: By My Choice... A Valentine's Day Story and read almost everything. Aside from books with stupid heroines.

Please follow me on fb by liking my page and getting updates on the debut. This is my first official published book.

I am also a writer of other genres. Just wait and see!

Hi Sidney. Does Crossroads offer print at all?

Hi Kylie ~ I really like the cover for Heavy Hearts. Who was your designer?

I was a Senior Writer at Rolling Stone for a decade and also wrote for Esquire, Wired, New York Rocker, the San Francisco Chronicle, the NME and many others.
So far I'm getting great 4 and 5 star reviews here and at Amazon.
I hope you'll check out True Love Scars. There's info and a first chapter here: www.truelovescars.com a video with me reading the first few pages.

Thought I'd introduce myself. I'm from the North West of England and I'm an indie writer.
The reviews seem to suggest the books are Bondian in style, which is probably true, but the hero is the opposite of Bond.
Anyhow, here to have a look around and to get to know a few people.
It's getting a bit late now, so I'll probably be back tomorrow.

Name's Jax Spenser and I just released my first novel on Amazon as Kindle and paperback. I've been writing a while now and this work is the result of years of work while in a Florida workshop filled with amazing critiquers.
FYI, this is the LAST CHANCE for Giveaways @ https://www.goodreads.com/giveaway/sh...
As mentioned, HIDE is selling on Amazon @ http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00N22AOK4/?... for .99¢
Hope you can check it out... it's my first baby! :)

My name's Shari and I'm from the United Kingdom. I have self-published two novels. My favourite genres to read and write are horror, science fiction and fantasy.

My name is Delvin Kloud. I'm 23 years old, and I was a student in the Ohio State University. (Delvin Kloud is what I identify myself with. I'm not really comfortable using my real name, for personal reasons. Just trying to be honest.)
I'm an indie author and I've just finished my debut Sci-Fi&Fantasy novel and launched it on Amazon KDP less than one month ago.
I'm pretty sure my book is right now sitting at the bottom of the ocean... and if I don't do anything, it will never surface. Ever.
I read two posts about discoverability yesterday, and I think it's really good, so I'll share here:

That's what led me to Goodreads. The link to my book is here:

I don't know if I should ask here, but I'm planning to give away this for free, mostly because I've enrolled in Kindle Select and I charge my book really cheap and money is not my first goal.
The free giveaways will be in way better format than the kindle version.
I'll post this in a different thread and ask some questions about it. Not here.
Thank you
"I write because it makes me proud."

You say you've enrolled that book in Kindle Select, then you mention giving away another version. That will knock you out of Kindle Select, as you're allowed to be there and only there.
But why is your format for Kindle not good? Maybe you should work on that.
Goodreads giveaways are an excellent way to raise visibility, in my experience. I've done them with paperbacks, not with e-books, just FYI.
Good luck getting your name out there!
