I'm Willow and thrilled to be here. I've been a voracious reader and writer of unfinished novels from kid-hood. I finally finished the first draft of a novel years ago that I'm currently editing and posting as a serial...easier said than done. After re-reading some of the original writing, I admit to being a bit stumped by some of my characters.
Love of the story and the many re-writes of the first few chapters have left me with zero objectivity. During my time away from the book, I've written (and finished...yayy!!) a couple of screenplays and am now hoping to return to prose.
The first chapter is actually on goodreads already, and any opinions would be most welcome.
I love to read other writers and help them with their process...I'm honored to be a part of the group!

I'm J.J. White and I'm new to Goodreads and the Independent Publishing world and I feel a bit lost, like an ant among millions. It surprised me how many have self-published recently. I thought my book would stand out until I noticed it took me ten tries to find a title not taken. Despite that, it is exciting to jump on the moving carousel and hold on tight. My book is titled Death's Twisted Tales and surprisingly it's available on Amazon. (yes sarcasm) Happy to be aboard and I've already mailed out ten free books in a Goodreads Giveaway. I also learned an important lesson when it comes to giveaways. The book costs less to print than it does to mail to Canada and Great Britain.
