The genres I write in include but are not limited to crime, dystopia, horror, paranormal, action, post apocalyptic, speculative, historic, science fiction and fantasy.
I have released two books so far this year with plans for at least another 2-3 in 2013. I currently have over 50 wip's, they range from 3/4 complete to a bunch of rambling notes and voice ideas on my tape recorder. I carry my recorder around with me everywhere I go and when I think of something new I document it there.
I had over a million five hundred thousand words down on my laptop when I lived in Canada but sadly it was stolen. I still have the ideas up in the old gray matter and I am trying to put them back down on paper. It was very frustrating at the time and to say I was angry is a severe understatement but I decided I had to persevere and do what I love doing.
I can be reached on twitter (having dramas with it atm but hoping to straighten that out in the next week)here: @LR_Currell

I'm Robin (R.C. Fettig). I'm a newly self published author of a Dark, Fantasy and am trying to learn about marketing and promoting my work.

I have self-published a number of short stories, novelettes and a romance novel and have recently started producing audiobooks (great fun but SUCH hard work!). Been at it on Kindle for 2 years now and still learning and re-learning what works and what doesn't.
Happy to help out and share tips.

I am Susanne and I am living in Germany. I have been an avid reader since childhood and so I read nearly everything I love mysteries and thrillers. These days I mostly read ebooks, but paper hasn't been thrown out.
In germany I am running a blog featuring free and bargain english books for German readers. And at the moment I am helping some German authors who had their books translated into english with finding reviewers and promoting their books.
Looking forward knowing you all!

Welcome, Susanne!

Thanks for creating this group, somebody.

I'm Siena. I enjoy reading a wide range of genres, but romance novels are my favorite. I read all kinds of romance: contemporary, historical, fantasy and erotica.
Currently I'm working on several erotic novellas and full length NA romance novels. I've recently kindle-published a few erotic novellas. I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone here and discovering new books.

Hi everyone! I'm an indie author, I just published my first ebook two days ago, and I'm very excited (and nervous) about the experience! I would love more than anything to share my book to you all to read... It's called Burning Attraction, and it's available on Kindle for $2.99. It's a steamy romance and is currently #2 on Amazons Top 100 Hot New Releases in Love & Romance! It's the first book in a three part series. Please, give it a try!!! I'd appreciate it tons.
Also, if you could give it a review when you're done, I would appreciate it more than you know!! Thanks again, Xx, Ashley!
And more about me; I am 25, a mother of two, live in Maine and have a love for writing, reading, shopping, traveling, swimming, and hanging around my friends and family!
My favorite books include (but not limited to) Metamorphosis, Ambrosia, Taking Chances, From Ashes, the Reason to Breathe series, Thoughtless series, Fifty Shades of Grey series, The Edge of Never, Beautiful Disaster, Walking Disaster.
Yup, I could go on forever with books I love! <3

I've been on the list for a while, but I thought I'd introduce myself to the group. I am an author and small business owner. Primarily, I work with authors who seek to publish their books in print and ebook formats. My company provides editing service, manuscript coaching, ghostwriting, and book production. We work with all genres.
I have been doing book design for about ten years now; I recently created two short ebooks designed for authors who want to know about how to design their own books for CreateSpace and other PODs. The steps are really easy, and even people with no prior book design experience can create files that are ready for POD--plus, by following the steps, you minimize the risk of having your files rejected.
Here are the links to the books, How to Design a Book Using Adobe InDesign and How to Design a Book Cover Using Adobe InDesign. Just download a trial copy of InDesign if you don't have one and follow the steps in these short ebooks to create print-ready files in a few hours!
Plus, anyone here on the list who needs a little extra help with the book layout process is welcome to contact me through Goodreads. I'll try to help you out the best way I know how! I look forward to hearing from and interacting with you guys!

I love to read action packed urban fantasy, gory and slasher horror, apocalypse/plague and Hunger Games style harsh society dystopian, and paranormal depending on plot. I'm not keen on books that are very slow, gothic, historical, ghost story or all sex no plot. I hate erotic PNR.
I like nosing around authors pages to see if their books might appeal to me so I think I'll be doing a lot of nosing in this group!

My name is Marina. I recently published a book of two novellas. Please check it out and join my facebook page for more information (both links below).
