The Third Task

Out of the corner of her eye, Talia thought she saw something move. She glanced in that direction nervously, god only knows what lived in these waters. Never the less, she moved even deeper. The darkness enveloped her. No wonder it's called the Black Lake.

Diana looked at the water. You couldn't see any of the participants. She started wondering why she was actually attending such a boring event.

Demetrio eagerly sat next to Felicia and stared down into the Lake. "How long do you think they'll be?"

Blaire ((Ohmygosh, I haven't played her in fo' eva!!)) sat down as well and screamed "GO TALIAAA!" as loud as she could, even though she knew Talia could doubtfully hear her.

Mandy couldn't help but laugh as she spazzed and tried to do the frog move thing. "Faaaail. Sorry Danny. I'll probably just slow you down. You can go on ahead if you want. Just go win." She smiled.

Gabriel looked around,"Any sign of Lauren?" He asked Hanna.
Hanna laughed,"Yeah I saw her making out with Shane."
"WHAT?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!!?!" He practicly jumped out of his chair, his wand ready, scanning for Shane to kill him.
"Kidding." Hanna said laughing so hard that she was crying.
Gabriel glared at her then took a seat,"Not funny..." He mumbled, when he saw students staring at them he then added,"The tournement people!"

Mandy rolled her eyes, but could have floated, she was very happy. "I'm not in distress, ninjaboy. Really. I can swim...just really really slowly."

Hanna saw Lauren then Gabriel blushing and laughed.
Gabriel signed,"Ignore her, Hey no hug?" He asked opening his arms out.

That made Mandy blushed and she shrugged casually, not trusting herself to reply without saying something either really weird or just embarrassing.

Mandy continued swimming, then wildly pointed at a dark silhouette in the water, somewhat in the distance. She grabbed her wand.

Gabriel turned to Lauren,"So what's new?"

Ok, so at school me and a group of some of my friends do this weird thing where we name our backpacks, so I brought a new one to school and my friends was like,'What's your backpacks name?' (I know, I know, WEIRD.) Anyway, I didn't know what to say so the first thing that popped up into my head was, you guessed it;

Mandy didn't notice Danny's look when something grabbed his ankle. "I have an idea that might work." She said and turned to him. Then she almost screamed. "Danny!" ((Mermaid or something what ever those things are...?))

Mandy pulled out her wand. "Shut up, Louie!" She snapped at him so she could concentrate, and pointed her wand at the dark figure.

Hanna noticed somthing weird going on in the water,"Uh-oh...."

Gabriel looked at Hanna,"What do you mean by Uh-oh?!?!?" He said his voice squeaking for the first time, He coughed but luckily no one noticed.

"Flipendo!" A jet of light shot at the thing to tear it from Danny's leg.

"A water snake or something creepy." Mandy said, breathing deep breaths. She grabbed Danny's hand and held it, while at the same time inspecting his leg. "You okay? Did it bite you or anyhting?"

[Hanna[h]]

Hanna looked closly,"I-I think that's Danny, Mandy, and.... Louie?"

[Mandy]

"We float up to the top where the seaweed isn't, and swim over it." Mandy said simply.

She smiled. "Come on!" She swam to the top.

Mandy backfloated on the top. "Finally! Something I can do!"

Mandy splashed water in his face and laughed. "Shut up."
