message 183: by Leslie (new)

Leslie (inscorel) | 24 comments Ok...I just saw this topic for the first time and I am really interested in seeing how well I can do. I am a high school teacher and over the past few years haven't had as much time to read as I would have liked, but have recently turned off the television and opted for reading instead, so lately I've been getting a lot more books in.

Do audio books count? I have a 45 minute drive to work every day and spend a lot of my time listening to books on cd not to mention the 8 hour drive from NC to OH I take at least once a month to visit my boyfriend.

I am excited to get started!

Leslie

message 186: by Jeane (new)

Jeane (icegini) | 4891 comments This looks great but difficult!!!!! For the moment I can't buy books and can only read the books I have in the place that I am living.

As I will be mainly or only have italian books for the moment, does it also count if the answers are in Italian? For instance the words in the titles? I saw one where the word school has to be in the title, would it then count if it is 'scuola' in the title?

message 187: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia (pandoraphoebesmom) | 1826 comments Jeane that would be fine...I want everyone to be able to participate that wants to.

Melissa (melitious) After deciding that I can't stand reading the Twilight series at the moment, I am removing Eclipse as my one word title book and switching it to Dracula (to go with the group's October read). Sadly, I've also slowed down a bit, as I am actually leaving the house with my son now!
