I read it and I kinda wish that Percy's wasn't almost an exact-ish replica of Lost Hero and Jason's experience.

Yeah it is. But I'm not complaining. He has to remember Annabeth! Although, why would he only remember that one thing? Hmm, maybe it's because she anchored him when he went in the river Styx?

but he doesn't need to remember the Styx right now. All he knows is that Medusa's sisters (the other Gorgons) can't seem to seriously injure him. And Annabeth is I guess just so important to him that even with his memories wiped he can recall her. Which is more than I could say for Jason at the beginning of The Lost Hero.

Hahha, i just wasn't a fan of BotD and I never got a real feel for the 7 Realms.
I agree with Rae. Also, Dashti annoyed the life out of me.
And, get this, my best friend read the book and informed me that Dashti was constantly reminding her of me.

I forgave her, but I was kind of sad. I was like, Man, I'm like that? Maybe I should just curl up and die.

Well, being told you're like Dashti who isn't one of Shannon's best characters is a bit depressing. i mean if you were told you were like Britta/Miri/Enna/Isi/Rinna/Dasha it's fine!

And I only do one RP in that group. I just didn't see the action in the PA RP and the BOTD just wasn't that awesome. But it was a cute story.
