I love Michelle Rowen, but this one was a little odd. There were good moments and bad ones. The plot was new and different enough, but there were just too many moments that didn't keep me fully occupied in the story. it was good enough to make me want to read the second one, but I won't be as determined to get it as fast as my library manages to. It's a 2.5. The end shows some hope for the next book, so I hope she can turn this around

I couldn't make it through the first book. I didn't like Declan at all.

I just realized that I hadn't posted my comment so I did. I can honestly say that I don't remember anything from this book. I didn't even remember it had to do with vamps until I read the plot summary.
