Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments Well, We drove from 5 to 11:30 on a bus to Glendive. Then we warmed up. Then Carter and I played tennis. We (and our opponents) were the only people in the whole tournament who played in the massive 30 degree weather downpour. We lost. The balls were so heavy because they had so much water in them. We headed back and sat on the bus for four hours. We headed to the Hotel and stayed for the rest of the night besides supper. We just came back today without playing tennis because a blizzard was coming.

message 54: by [deleted user] (new)

Sounds AMAZING!!! *sarcastically*

message 55: by [deleted user] (new)

:(

message 56: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm glad I wasn't there.

message 57: by [deleted user] (new)

Me too.

message 58: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments It actually wasn't too bad. It wasn't worth a five or six hour bus ride though.

message 59: by [deleted user] (new)

Cool. I guess.

message 60: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Kathryn Hi! So who's mad at who?

message 61: by [deleted user] (new)

Connor's supposed to be mad at me!

message 62: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Kathryn Aw, that's too bad. :)

Did you guys hear the news?

OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD.

message 63: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments Yes! Finally resolution.

message 64: by [deleted user] (new)

How can anyone not hear about it?

message 65: by [deleted user] (new)

IDK.
I'm so happy though, even though I don't think that's nice no matter how many people died cuz of him.

message 66: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments I REALLY don't care how nice it is, I'm happy anyway. Nothing can make up for all the lives he's taken.

message 67: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Kathryn Exactly. I think that in this case, a death is a good thing to celebrate.

message 68: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments Yup. My friend said that we should have given the body back to his nation to have it buried and be honorable about it, but I disagree with him. He's responsible for thousands, maybe a million deaths. I think it was right to just throw his body into sea. It's no more than he deserves.

message 69: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Kathryn Yeah, I agree with you completely. Although a lot of people I know are worried about the backlash.

message 70: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments Yeah.... I think that if we avoid withdrawing our troops for a while, we'll be fine.

message 71: by [deleted user] (new)

What's this got to do with the future print of books? I'm gonna get a kindle for traveling.

message 72: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments Cool. Me too! eventually...

message 73: by [deleted user] (new)

I can already buy it! I got enough money! :)

message 74: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments YAY!!!!!!!!

Nicole Kathryn Awesome! It's completely worth it! Kindles are amazing! :D

message 77: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm gonna get it Wednesday!

message 78: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Kathryn :D

message 79: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments I was going to, but I think I'll wait. I might just buy a book or two instead. :)

Actually, I might look for a good tennis bag at Sports Authority. They might have the cool one I found on the internet.

message 80: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Kathryn Okay. Have fun with that. :) lol!

message 81: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments IT'S AWESOME!!!!!! I could probably fit inside.

message 82: by [deleted user] (new)

i love how we changed topics in two posts. that takes mad skills.

message 83: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments Yup! :D

message 84: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Kathryn Yeah, aren't we skillful? :P lol! Okay. Back on topic for like 3 posts I'm guessing. ;) I think that until kindles get about $100 cheaper, the traditional print books are safe.

message 85: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah, but buying an e-reader and ebooks is a lot cheaper in the long run than buying every book you want to read (even as a paperback).

message 86: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Kathryn Yeah, I agree. But a lot of people just go to the library.

message 87: by [deleted user] (new)

True.

message 88: by Connor (new)

Connor Kinkade (connork) | 1324 comments I think too many people prefer print books though anyway, they just use their ereader for traveling.

message 89: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Kathryn Even though the Kindle is cool, I still like normal print books as well.
